Therapy for Adults

The evidenced based therapies I use are Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral and EMDR therapy. As I guide you through the therapeutic healing process, my aim is for you to discover ways to feel at ease and enjoy life. I help people who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, phobias, life transitions, grief

and trauma.

Unfortunate life experiences or traumas can range from a car accident to past physical, sexual or other abuse. EMDR therapy may be recommended as a proven method to address these concerns. Please read my EMDR blog to find out more about this type of therapy.
